Ichiban Sushi & Hibachi is a fairly new restaurant in the Mount Vernon area. They offer takeout and dine-in. Both are great options and are meant to work around your schedule.
You might need to look at the menu beforehand because it has so many options.
Their options include Thai, Chinese, and sushi dishes. The restaurant is set up with square hibachi grills and about 8 seats per grill.
